Financial Information

Oral and maxillofacial fees are determined on an individual basis. Several factors determine our fee: the severity of the problem; expected length of treatment; and use of expertise, training and professional judgment required to correct the existing problem. We understand your medical or dental insurance may not cover all of the cost of your treatment, and we make every effort to help maximize your coverage. If you are seen for a consultation prior to surgery, you will be provided with a pretreatment estimate. Your estimated financial responsibility is due at the time of service. Financial options for future recommended treatment will be discussed during your initial visit.

Since our goal is to help you obtain the optimal level of dental health, we have various financing options so that you can comfortably afford the highest quality of care. We ask that payment be paid the day of service. We accept cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover.

Please remember you are fully responsible for all fees charged by this office regardless of your insurance coverage.

Any remaining balance after your insurance has paid is your responsibility. Your prompt remittance is appreciated.
