About Dr. Kotecki

Dr. Kotecki is a native of Geneseo, IL, a small farming community in Illinois. In high school, he became interested in oral surgery because it was the perfect blend of dentistry and medicine. Aaron became an Iowa transplant while attending Wartburg College in Waverly, Iowa where he graduated with a degree in biochemistry. He attended the University of Iowa College of Dentistry. While in dental school, he met his wife, Kristin, who is originally from and is native to Mason City and is also a practicing dentist.

Following dental school, he was accepted into oral and maxillofacial surgery residency and moved to Oklahoma City where he will complete his residency in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at the University of Oklahoma in June of 2022.

Dr. Kotecki has a particular clinical interest in corrective jaw surgery, implant rehabilitation and maxillary and mandibular bone grafting. He is very much looking forward to moving back to Iowa and taking care of its wonderful people.
